Rapid Prototyping  
We can rapidly produce 3-D parts in a matter of hours.  This allows you to verify a 3-D CAD database and to check mating part fits and tolerances.  We are able to provide pre-production precision molded plastic or metal parts identical to actual production parts at a fraction of the time and cost. 

Our pre-production process allows you to verify the accuracy of engineering drawings and to conduct invaluable user evaluation.  Pre-production models are also a valuable asset to secure additional in-house or outside funding.

CNC
We can fabricate CNC parts from any material including all plastics and metals. This enables you to immediately verify product performance.

3-D Database   
We can use your 3-D database or create one for you to generate your part in a matter of hours. CNC parts can be fabricated from any material including all plastics and metals. 

Multiple, Functional, Precision Molded Parts  
When you have a need for multiple, accurate, functional parts, we can use our proprietary RIS molding process and materials to fabricate as many as 10-15 parts per day from a single tool.  Master patterns and tools can be fabricated within 3-5 days for simple parts and at a fraction of the cost of production tools.  Parts can be molded in a variety of durable materials, many similar to ABS or polycarbonate.  Material specifications can be provided for your analysis. 

Scale Models   
Our model makers can build models at any scale from your database or drawings.  This will enable you to view the assembly of complex parts and products prior to expensive production tooling or fabrication.
